Our Project Delivery Process
Proposal
Our Project Coordinator collects your specific project details and delivers your customized quote according to your project needs within 1 business day.
Scheduling
We work with you to confirm the schedule, on site contacts, special site instructions and our estimated delivery date. If you have occupants on site we help with notifications.
Data Collection
Our Technician will complete the interior and exterior survey; gathering measurements, structure, architectural details, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment. Most single-family homes are complete in 1 hour.
Support
We want your team to take advantage of all the tools we offer, so our team offers tutorials, video links and answers any questions you or your project team may have.
Delivery
Our ‘Site Report’ is delivered electronically and includes links to the virtual tours and photos, downloadable floor plans, downloadable photos and a self-hosting virtual tour file.
Drafting
Our team prepares your drawing packages for delivery in CAD, PDF and JPEG Formats. Prior to completion every project is reviewed and approved by Senior Drafting Leads.
