The City of Waterloo is updating their Physical Asset – Data Library to include up-to-date record drawings for their buildings, digital walk throughs and nameplate information for building equipment. This is the 39,000 SF Moses Springer Community Centre.
We conducted a detailed survey of the building, collecting key measurements, structure and architectural details and we located, identified and documented the building mechanical, electrical and plumbing [M.E.P.] equipment through photos and on the drawing
